Lattenbury Services started in 1980 providing a practical approach to a wide range of contracting works. We always try our utmost to be as welcoming and accommodating to all enquiries, no matter how large or small.
As you browse through our website you will see that we cover a wide range of works. Our staff are very experienced in these areas and carry necessary certification where required.
We can offer operated plant hire including excavators. Our range include mini diggers, 3 tonne, 7 tonne, 9 tonne, 13 tonne, 14 tonne, up to 24 tonne excavators and JCB 3CX backhoe diggers.
Also available for operated hire are tractors and trailers, forward and rear tip dumpers, tankers, road rollers, mowers and hedge cutters all these can be arranged on day rates or longer-term hire.
Our JCB 140X has a NOX Tilt Rotator attachment. A Tilt Rotator is a Hydraulic Excavator attachment that allows for 360° rotation and tilting of the excavator bucket. Tilt Rotators are designed to increase the flexibility and precision of excavators and to eliminate the need for additional, specialised machines. It enables the operator to make multifunctional passes from one position.
All our bridges are made to order from a range of materials including English Oak, softwood, steel or recycled plastic.
Our bridges comply with British safety standards 5400: part 2: 1978, with regards to the loads applied to the deck and handrails.
Our clients range from County Councils, Wildlife Trusts, Environment Agencies and private individuals. We can offer a full design, construction and installation package. Structural engineers carry out all our designs. Site surveys can be carried out if required.
Anchor points are made and supplied on all bridges; abutments can be designed and built to suit all requirements as necessary.
Non-slip surfacing can be applied to our bridges, walkways or dipping platforms.
Fencing works range from supply and erection of temporary security fencing to supply and erection of high-quality steel and/or timber fencing for both industry and the private sector.
We offer machine borers and post knockers or hand dug fence posts. With Vegetation clearance if required.
From Kissing gates to field gates, Bridle path barriers to Livestock fencing or just boundary fencing we can supply and instal to your requirements.
We have in stock a selection of sizes of concrete culverts ready for installation.
Using our own skilled staff we can offer a full range of plant from 0.6 tonne machines for small trenches in a back garden to a 30 tonne machine for site strips.
We pride ourselves on being the contractor to provide you with all your requirements, from security fencing, pump hire, vegetation clearance, and machine hire with operators (360 degree and dump trucks all sizes). We can also supply 20 ft or 30 ft static welfare units or portable toilet hire.
A wide range of drainage pipes are always carried in stock to provide repairs to broken field drains if necessary.
On many occasions we have carried out reinstatement works after archaeological digging, re-tarmacing or concreting and relaying of turf always to a high standard.
Our vegetation management works range from grass cutting with strimmers to tractors with 8 metre reach flail mowers complete with front cutters.
We have the machinery and skill to carry out large-scale scrub clearance at an efficient level using 360-degree diggers with scissors and long reach machines with cutting heads.
With these works we often carry out bank repairs where necessary and can also offer new building of reservoirs and ditches including culverts and bridges where required.
These works include: Structural and site welding up to execution class 2. Our civil works include concreting, tarmac surfacing works, drainage installations. In store / office refurbishment works, toilet refurbishments, flooring, suspended ceilings, installations of wall cladding such as white roc.
To complement our services we offer drainage solutions these include jetting, Rodding and CCTV recording.
Dust Suppression and Ground Investigation Works.
Lattenbury Services Ltd can offer site Water Tankers from 2,000ltrs, 12,000 ltrs and up to 17,000 ltrs. Tankers can be set down on site or can come complete with tractor and operator for ground investigation works, percolation testing and dust suppression, day rate hire or longer term hire available.
The KIVI-PEKKA stone picker is capable of effectively removing stones from even the stoniest fields. It is manufactured in Finland which has a lot of granite stones which has allowed them to put their machines to the test in the harshest conditions. Kivi-Pekka is a stone picker that can be used to remove stones from fields before or after sowing as well as clear new fields of stones and wood.
In addition to field work, the KIVI-PEKKA can also be used for land clearance, road renovation and foundation work, golf courses and landscaping.
